Last evening our local news provided us with the latest list of the Top Ten Riskiest Foods!

Researchers at the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) on Tuesday announced their own grocery list of the 10 riskiest foods regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. The most hazardous, in order: leafy greens, eggs, tuna, oysters, potatoes, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, sprouts and berries.

Why are these foods making us sick? 

Who is poisoning our food?

What toxics are we eating?

With faith, I believe we can treat this nutritionally. I know that there are many conflicting views and our bodies are very different so try whatever works for you in order to balance your system

  1. One thing that really worries me about produce is that those who are picking are not vaccinated and don’t have proper bathroom facilities. It’s like we have the lowest possible standards for the foods that we eat often uncooked, stupid is and stupid does …
