Morgellons: Conference Call—-There is always something there to remind me….

leave a comment »

untitled

Thanks everyone who participated in the conference call last Thursday.  It was very enjoyable, supportive and informative.  It is so nice to put voice to name.  A special thanks to Mel, How I cured Morgellons, Dennis, John,  Pamela Crane, and your friend and mine, Mr. Common Sense Mundane Approach.

No matter how “cured” I think I am, there is always something there to remind me.  It is so good to hear that several of you report that you are cured. This is such good news! There is hope and support.

More of conference calls will take place and as they do, we will keep you posted.

Since I have been drinking the mineral supplement, taking the probiotics, and an assortment of vitamins and amino acids I am looking symptom free; but I know that when my system becomes imbalanced (more acidic) due to my diet, thoughts, stress, emotions, life… I will receive a reminder in the form of a little pimple, lesion, indigestion or something.

Conquering Morgellons or “Hyper Toxicity Syndrome” or any disease for that matter, means making a life style change.

As many of you know, I have spoken with hundreds of sufferers and continue to do so on a daily basis.  We come from all walks of life. I asked my friend to devise an affordable protocol. Many of you using Mr. Common Sense’s Poor man’s protocol reported having success. Poor Man’s protocol

No matter what you do, you must do something!!  Start with becoming aware. Try to stay calm. Negative emotions create more acid in your system.  Balance your emotions.  Be aware of what you eat. Parasites feed on sugar and thrive in acidic environments.  Develop an awareness that there is a relationship between the foods you eat and and your emotional equilibrium.

Begin somewhere and start treating yourselves.

 Doctor scratching his head

For newcomers, this affliction often comes on with the symptoms of scabies or head lice and then it changes.  Doctors are often perplexed.  Instead of getting bitten from the outside in (which may have happened in the beginning)  we are now being bitten from the inside out with  Body bugs.  Often, since these parasites are unseen, our medical field labels sufferers with Delusion of Parasites.   This is why YOU must be proactive.  Start treating yourselves!

So What Are We Suppose to Eat?

with 2 comments

Are the foods we have been told to be healthy poisoning us?

??????????????????????

Last evening our local news provided us with the latest list of the Top Ten Riskiest Foods!

xed out foods

Researchers at the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) on Tuesday announced their own grocery list of the 10 riskiest foods regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. The most hazardous, in order: leafy greens, eggs, tuna, oysters, potatoes, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, sprouts and berries.

Why are these foods making us sick?

Who is poisoning our food?

What toxics are we eating?

“Just as negatively and positively  charged particles occur in the earth and in the water, they are also found in the air.  In the purest atmosphere—in the mountains, forests, and along the seashore—there are four negative charged particles for every three positively charged ones.”  Felicia Drury Kilment

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to balance our own bodies.  Start working on your biological terrains!  Take charge and balance your pH.  The more alkaline your system is the less likely disease will thrive!!! Whatever you do, TAKE MINERALS!

Get well! Change dietary choices and change your life!

Rid your bodies of Acidic wastes so that you have a better chance of protecting you against diseases. An acidic system is a parasite paradise.

With faith, I believe we can treat this nutritionally. I know that there are many conflicting views and our bodies are very different so try whatever works for you in order to balance your system

Morgellons—Yin Acid Yang Alkaline

leave a comment »

The toxicity in the form of acidic waste waste is the primary cause of most degenerative disease.  We must remove the acidic wastes that are attacking our system (perhaps in conjunction with …) in order to heal or to give our bodies the strongest possible chance to fight off Morgellons.Yin and Yang

Acid and Alkaline substances are both vital to life—Acid favors the decomposition of things while Alkaline prevents it.l

Chinese medicine reflects the classical belief that the life and activity of individual humans have an intimate relationship with the environment on all levels. They treated illness by using the yin and yang concept that seemingly opposing forces that are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world, giving rise to each other in turn. According to the philosophy, yin and yang are complementary opposites within a greater whole. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, which constantly interact, never existing in absolute stasis. In terms of our body, I believe we can being about balances using this Yin and Yang blk and whitesame philosophy of the two opposing principles—acid and alkaline.

Could Vitamin D be the missing link in helping battle Morgellons?

with 2 comments

Could Vitamin D be the missing link in helping battle Morgellons?

Vitamin D has an important role in our immune function.

It has been estimated that millions of people world-wide are vitamin D deficient or insufficient. One article estimates that more than 30% of America’s population is Vitamin D deficient.

Laboratory, animal, and epidemiologic testing indicates that vitamin D may be a defensive against some diseases. Now the American Medical Association is recognizing the overwhelming evidence supporting the importance of vitamin D in the prevention of cancer, infection, cognitive decline, diabetes and several autoimmune diseases. Some doctors are recommending 2000 IU for everybody who is otherwise healthy and even higher does of Vitamin D for those who suffer from disease.

What do you think?

MORGELLONS No One Size Fits All

Old Hats

By: Jim Tew

For many of us, Morgellons is becoming “old hat,” something that we have had to deal with; for many it is a new frightening nightmare. Regardless we all started somewhere with our research and we all have experienced the fright, fear, dread, concern, of this sickness on numerous levels when we first discovered we have an affliction that has no cure. Morgellons is a war; it is not a battle.

Many of us have sought medical attention, some still are, and some are in the beginning stages of trying to find a doctor who understands. In December 2008, CDC mailed letters to state medical associations, in case they and their members have received inquiries about this condition, in order to provide an update about CDC’s activities. Letter from CDC to medical association

It is surprising how many doctors have never heard of Morgellons. Doctors are still learning.  Some must be scared too.  Daily I hear about how the medical society has mistreated Morgellons victims adding insult to injury.  So many sufferers eventually get labeled as having Delusions of parasitosis (DOP). For those of you who feel you need to try to convince your doctors that you are not DOP, I thought I would enclose a link with this letter which you can download to take to your medical providers.

http://www.cdc.gov/unexplaineddermopathy/investigation.html#why_kaiser)

In the beginning we all seem to have some sort of “allergic reaction” to something. Doctors are diagnosing Morgellons as some sort of rash, dermatitis, impetigo, hives, prickly heat, folliculitis, bed bug bites, and SCABIES.

The beginning symptoms are similar to scabies. In fact, some people may even have scabies which then turns into something else.

Do I have scabies?

Scabies occurs when the Sarcoptes scabiei mite burrows under your skin.

This photo shows someone with scabies on her hand, after six days’ development:

clip_image003

According to the CDC’s page on scabies, the symptoms are:

  • Pimple-like irritations, burrows or rash of the skin, especially the webbing between the fingers; the skin folds on the wrist, elbow, or knee; the penis, the breast, or shoulder blades.
  • Intense itching, especially at night and over most of the body.
  • Sores on the body caused by scratching. These sores can sometimes become infected with bacteria.

According to my research, traditional scabies never goes above the neck.  How about all of you who have this in your scalp?  My question to doctors who blanketly diagnose the symptoms as scabies, is how do you know it’s scabies?

Sometimes, you may need one of the following tests to confirm the diagnosis:

  • Skin scrapings. Your doctor collects material from the itchy area by applying a drop of mineral oil or other liquid to the skin and then scraping the area with a scalpel. He or she then examines the scrapings under a microscope to look for scabies mites, eggs, egg casings, or feces. This is the most common test used to diagnose scabies.
  • Ink test or ink burrow test. Your doctor strokes a washable felt-tip pen across the itchy areas. The surface ink is wiped off with water or an alcohol swab. Any burrows present will absorb the ink and be seen as a dark line.
  • Skin biopsy/punch biopsy. A skin sample (punch biopsy or shave biopsy) may be helpful in diagnosing difficult-to-diagnose conditions. Skin biopsy is rarely used.
  • Needle extraction of the mite. On rare occasions, a needle is used to remove a mite from the burrow. The mite is placed on a slide and examined under a microscope.(http://health.yahoo.com/skinconditions-diagnosis/scabies-exams-and-tests/healthwise–hw171938.html)
  • Then you get prescribed the pesticide permethrin, to which the bugs seem to be immune. According to Agency data, (EPA)  approximately 2 million pounds of permethrin are applied annually to agricultural, residential and public health uses sites.  The majority of permethrin, over mighty mite70%, is used in non-agricultural settings; 55% is applied by professionals, 41% is applied by homeowners on residential areas, and 4% is applied on mosquito abatement areas. No wonder the mites are resistant.

Morgellons—Planet of the living dead!

‘Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control people.’

This site is for attracting awareness, offering support and promoting treatments and maintenance consciousness. Hopefully this blog can be used as a means to help connect the Morgellons population with activists, each other, the community and professionals. We must use this type of technology/media to bring the progressive community together online.

First of all, my name, Ms. Uncommon Sense–

I realize that “common sense” is a matter of personal acquisition.  As we become a more global nation, “sense” that is perceived as common to one,  may not be as common as we think it is to others. Common sense is a learning event, it comes with accumulating information. When we all put our heads together we can come up with some unusual, helpful, creative and effective insights.

Let’s talk about the importance of minerals.  The late Dr. Hulda Clark stressed minerals, minerals, minerals…http://www.huldaclarkzappers.com/newtopic3.html

Selenium is a trace mineral that is essential to good health but required only in small amounts [1,2]. Selenium is incorporated into proteins to make selenoproteins, which are important antioxidant enzymes. The antioxidant properties of selenoproteins help prevent cellular damage from free radicals. Free radicals are natural by-products of oxygen metabolism that may contribute to the development of chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease [2,3]. Other selenoproteins help regulate thyroid function and play a role in the immune system [4-7].

The Bio Train

leave a comment »

 Catch the train

Just as pollutants have devastating  impacts on the external environment; the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the soil which supports our food supply, they can have a similar impact on the internal environment of our bodies.

As above – so below, as below – so above. As within – so without, as without – so within. As in great – so in small, as in small, so in great.”        Hermes

What is the Biological Terrain?

Our Biological Terrain is the biochemical surroundings in which our organs and cells dwell, and thereby affects every cell in the human body. Our body’s biological terrain is influenced by factors such as, our life styles, food consumption, acidity, liquid intake, metabolic activity, stress, electrolyte condition, and various fundamental nutrients. All of these factors affect each other and have a great effect on our body. These elements can lead to deterioration and disease in the body if they are not properly provided and maintained daily.

The most important thing you can do is reclaim your biological terrain!

“Once you do, the parasites, fungus, mold, yeast and bad bacteria should begin departing because they cannot exist in a healthy alkaline environment.” (From www.osmosis4u.com/pdf/ph.pdf)

THERE’S AN ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

with 7 comments

elephant

Whatever you do, do something!  There is an elephant in the room!

The story of the blind men and an elephant originated from India.

“In various versions of the tale, a group of blind men (or men in the dark) touch an elephant to learn what it is like. Each one touches a different part, but only one part, such as the side or the tusk. They then compare notes on what they felt, and learn they are in complete disagreement. The story is used to indicate that reality may be viewed differently depending upon one’s perspective, suggesting that what seems an absolute truth may be relative due to the deceptive nature of half-truths.” (Wiki)

And so it is with Morgellons, everyone agrees about some aspects of this disease; but there is still much confusion. There are many perspectives that suggest what seems to be the absolute truth is relative to the beholder.

Morgellons appears to manifest itself differently in various individuals. How it thrives depends on a number of random, related variables such as but not limited to: the length of time diseased, the foods we eat, exposure to toxins, the way we handle stress, our external environment, and our INTERNAL BIOLOGICAL TERRAIN.

Have you ever wondered why is it that just about everyone and anyone who advocates nature-based medicine and others who are not interested in the pharmaceutical approach gets slandered?  Hint”  It is all about the $money$.

“God helps those who help themselves.”

What we know for sure:  That our medical field has really let society down and that many people who have Morgellons have been mistreated and misdiagnosed.  We know that it is paramount to be proactive and start treatment immediately.

The term alternative medicine, as used in the modern Western world, encompasses any healing practice “that does not fall within the realm of conventional medicine”. …  Morgellons is a non conventional disease. You must start treating yourselves!  You must make healthy choices. There is nothing “alternative” about it. Labeling planet earth’s health choice as “alternative” is, and was, a propaganda mechanism.

What we know for sure:  Morgellons is a pandemic, multi dimensional systemic disease. People who suffer from Morgellons are very toxic. Most victims contain heavy metals, especially mercury.  Their pH is acidic, they are fungal.  They are mineral deficient, especially lacking in magnesium.

What we know for sure:We know that Morgellon sufferers are parasitic.  Are you smarter than a parasite?  This is systemic.  It goes to the brain. It is depressing, know that there is always support.  You must realize that you are not the disease. You must constantly tell yourself “I will never give up!”

Remove the cause and stop treating the symptoms!

What we know for sure:  Can you detox your system? Can you alkaline your pH?  Can you take probiotics and anti fungals?  Can you take mineral supplements?  Are there natural pesticides?  Can you eat healthy? YES

What we know for sure:  We know the body requires oxygen and rest to repair itself. Breath deeply. Throughout the day stop and take in some deep breaths. Exercise.

What we know for sure:   We know that chemicals make us more toxic. We know that many “foods” contain chemicals.  Read the labels.  Do not eat anything that is not a real food.  Stay away from food additives (ingredients intended to improve flavor or appearance or shelf-life).

Eat a more alkaline diet.  Here is a link to a food chart:

http://www.essense-of-life.com/moreinfo/foodcharts.htm

Is this all there is?  Unfortunately not, it is only the beginning.  But we know if you remove some of the components, you will begin to feel better and the Morgellons will not thrive.
